Compatible with Shimano Dura-Ace 7900,7950,7850, Ultegra 6750, Shimano 105-5750, Tiagra 4650, FSA, Rotor 3D, and many more 5 bolt cranks. NOT compatible with Sram cranks with 1 hidden bolt.
 
Instructions: Remove crank from the bike. Unscrew 5 bolts that hold two rings together with T-30 torx key. Take off both original rings. Position small chainring with the triangular indicator sitting behind the crank arm and bolt recesses facing you. Big chainring has a specific recess to accomodate the crank arm - position the ring to line up that recess with crank arm. You will need new double bolts in case of mounting two new chainrings. If you only change small chainring - use original bolts. Close back those 5 bolts with force of about 5-7Nm. Mount your crank back to the bike.
